A large number of carefully selected suppliers provide us with fresh food from the Upper Carinthia region, Carinthian butter, sausages and bacon all from Carinthia and partly from the surrounding farmers, all milk and cheese products from the immediate vicinity. Our fruit juices are directly from Obermillstatt. Ham, sausage and eggs all from Carinthia.
