Guesthouse information!

The room key is in the inside of the room door and also unlocks the front door, which you do not need to lock, as it locks automatically at designated times. With just one turn of the key you can access the guesthouse at any time of day or night with your room key.

Breakfast is in the form of a buffet with regional products, which is important to us! From 7.30 to 10.00.

CHECK IN on arrival day 13.00 to 24.00
CHECK OUT on departure day 7.30 to 10.00

Payment balance and drinks - 1 day before departure, BAR, EC.
Since the card limit is often limited to 1000 euros.

Room information!

Description of the safe is inside the wardrobe door.
If there is a fault with the TV set please ring the doorbell, we will be happy to help.
We are always available for you if you ring the doorbell on the ground floor.

Payment

Payment of balance and drinks – 1 day before arrival, cash or EC card
As the card limit is often limited to 1000 euros, therefore 1-2 days before departure.

Additional information!

Every guest receives the MIC card immediately on arrival, giving you many free advantages.
Free entries to lakeside beach, indoor pool – access to the most beautiful high alpine toll roads by the lake free of charge etc.
The MIC cards can be printed out again at any time in case of loss.
The Kärnten Card is available at the reception or let us know at breakfast. 100 free, yes FREE trip destinations await you.
A voucher for the ski passes is available on arrival at the reception to be redeemed at the ski lift till.
A €5 deposit must be paid for the magnetic cards which is reimbursed when you return them.
